REFUND POLICY

We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days to request a return after receiving your purchase.
Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packing to be eligible for a return. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Contact us at contact@ entertainment@huew.co.za to begin a return. If your return is accepted, we'll provide you information on how to ship your package and where to send it. We will not accept items returned to us without first requesting a return.
Except in the case of faulty goods, HUEW is not liable for any costs associated with product returns.
Please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive your return and notify you that the goods have been received.
